Welcome to the rtemispy online documentation. This is currently a work-in-progress.
rtemispy is a platform for advanced machine learning and visualization in Python. It is a partial port of the rtemis R package.
The rtemis project has three aims:
- Applied Data Science: Make advanced data analysis efficient and accessible to all
- Machine Learning Research: Provide a platform to develop and test novel ML algorithms
- Education: Make ML concepts easy to learn by delivering bite-sized vignettes along with code and visualization

rtemis began life at the Penn Neuroscience Graduate Group (Gennatas 2017).
