Welcome
rtemis is a project to make advanced machine learning accessible to a wide audience, including scientists, clinicians, statisticians, and computer scientists, developed at the LCM.
It consists of APIs in R, Python, and Julia, as well as a no-code web application, rtemislive.
It provides access from low- to high-level functionality using a consistent interface across languages.
rtemis is actively used for:
- Machine learning algorithm development
- Applied data science, with emphasis on biomedical and clinical applications
- Health Data Science education
