1  Introduction

The rtemisbio package is a bioinformatics extension for rtemis, created to support the Genomics and Transcriptomics core of the FTD CWOW.

The package is part of the rtemis ecosystem, whose goal is to provide: low-code efficient APIs along with no-code web applications to make advanced data analysis and visualization accessible to all.

The rtemisbio API is available on GitHub at egenn/rtemisbio. SeqVizLive is the accompanying web application, available at rtemis.org/seqvizlive.
