7  Web Apps

The goal of the rtemis ecosystem to provide powerful, user-friendly, and accessible tools for basic scientists, clinicians, and data scientists through the parallel release of efficient low-code APIs and no-code web apps.
The following web apps are built on top of rtemis and rtemisbio:

7.1 rtemisSeq

rtemisSeq allows loading and visualizing a3 datasets in the browser. It has been built to support the FTD CWOW.

7.2 rtemisXt

rtemisXt is a web app that allows loading and visualizing xt datasets in the browser.
